Tomato Relish E-mail
Serve it with your favourite meat dish. Serves 4tomato

 

4 medium tomatoes (760g), chopped finely

1 small brown onion (80g), chopped finely

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon mustard powder

  • Heat all ingredients in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered, about 30 minutes or until relish thickens.
