BANANA, OAT & PRUNE BREKKY SMOOTHIE

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2

1 medium banana
1/2 cup regular fat natural yoghurt
1 cup whole milk *
2 tbsp rolled oats
40g Australian prunes, pitted (approx. 5)
1 egg
1 tsp honey

  • ┬áBlitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and frothy.

*You can use any milk or mylk (non dairy) you prefer. Vegetarian.
