A quick potato salad everyone will love.
- Mix together ½ cup Jalna Greek Style Natural Yoghourt or BioDynamic Yoghourt, ¼ cup Reduced Sour Cream, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, pinch sugar and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Stir through 1kg cooked small, new potatoes (chats) and serve.
- You could also add tuna to make it a meal.
