Yoghourt Pesto Dressing PDF Print E-mail

Use your home grown basil for this recipe.

2 cups lightly packed basil leaves
1/2 cup pinenuts, toasted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Jalna Fat Free Natural Yoghourt

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender, until a pouring consistency. Serve on fresh salad greens.
  • Alternatively, use half as a dressing and pour half over chicken fillets in a bowl, mix well, making sure chicken is well covered. Marinate for 2 hours. Cook on the BBQ or grill plate.
