Easy Blueberry Yoghourt & Muesli Parfait |

Make this parfait when the summer berries are at their peak.
Serves 4-6
400g Jalna BioDynamic Blueberry Yoghourt 2 cups untoasted muesli 2 punnets blueberries 2 punnets strawberries, hulled & sliced 1/4 cup flaked almonds, toasted (optional)
- Put some blueberries and sliced strawberries in the base of 4 parfait glasses. Top with a layer of muesli, then a generous dollop of Jalna Yoghourt and another layer of muesli. Repeat layers finishing with yoghourt, garnishing with a few blueberries and flaked almonds.
- Note: To toast almonds - heat almonds in a frypan over a moderate heat until golden, stirring continuously.
